Standard Music License
Price: €49 excluding VAT
By purchasing a track from Leto Music, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual license for one end user.
You may use the music in:
- YouTube and other online videos
- Social media
- Personal and commercial videos
- Podcasts
- Websites and presentations
- TV commercials
- TV programmes and streaming TV
- Radio
- Advertising campaigns
You may use the track in an unlimited number of permitted projects, with no limit on views or plays.
You may trim, shorten or fade the track to fit your project.
You may not:
- resell or distribute the music as a standalone audio file
- upload or sell the music through music libraries, stock collections, templates or similar products
- create and sell songs, remixes or other music derived from the track
- register the music in YouTube Content ID or another copyright/rights-management system
- claim that you created or own the music
- sell a video or other product containing the music for onward distribution unless that use is expressly permitted by this license
The buyer receives only the rights of use described in this license. Copyright, authorship and other rights in the music and sound recording remain with their respective rights holder.
Custom / Extended Licensing
The Standard License does not cover:
- film and cinema
- documentaries
- short films and indie films
- games
- apps
- software
- exclusive licensing

The terms and price of Custom / Extended Licensing are agreed individually according to the project.
Your purchase
Your license is connected to your WooCommerce order number, purchased track, purchase date and customer record.
Your download includes:
- the purchased audio file
- this Standard Music License
- Content ID instructions
